Saeideh Rashidi, known as Jey, was born in Tehran. She immigrated to Canada is 2016. Jey started painting at age 10 and is a graduate of the Tehran Art faculty. She does oil, acrylic, pastel, and water colour. Her oil paintings are close to realism and impressionism. Her paintings have been widely published in several well-known publications in Iran. She has attended more than 10 National Art Fairs as well as Tehran EXPO 2007 and 2009. She has taught Art in many places in the world. Jey currently owns and operates Jey Studio in North Vancouver.
